Terms of Service

The rules for using this website, submitting a manuscript, and relying on what you read here.

Last updated: 30 August 2026

Acceptance

By using evermarkpress.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. These terms apply to the website only; books you purchase from a retailer are governed by that retailer's terms.

Intellectual property

All site content — text, cover artwork, logos, typography, and page design — is owned by Evermark Press or its authors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce cover art, republish page content in bulk, or use our marks without written permission. Automated collection is permitted only in line with our robots.txt.

Manuscript submissions

Submitting a manuscript does not create a publishing agreement or any obligation on our part. You confirm the work is yours and does not infringe anyone's rights. You keep all rights in your work; we obtain a limited right to read and internally evaluate it. Do not send confidential material. Rights are only granted through a signed publishing contract.

Affiliate links

"Buy on Amazon" links are affiliate links. See our Affiliate Disclosure. Purchases are made with Amazon, not with us; pricing, availability, shipping, returns, and refunds are handled entirely by Amazon.

Acceptable use

  • No attempts to breach, overload, or probe the site or its infrastructure.
  • No scraping that degrades service, and no misrepresenting your identity as a crawler.
  • No unlawful, infringing, or abusive submissions through our forms.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is". Our books offer general information, not professional legal, financial, medical, or investment advice; results described are not guarantees. Verify anything important with a qualified professional before acting on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evermark Press is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. We may update them; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
